I can ride my bike with no Handlebars

The other day I rode a trike without handlebars. I was riding it to the field to see if I had some handlebars lying around, actually. :roll: I didn't have enough leverage on the stem (it's a trike, go figure) and ended up crashing into a tree. :lol: Then a few minutes later I ran into some pricker bushes. :|

Can you show us how to do that too. in 54 years of being a child I have never had that happen to me while riding a bike. .... They took my training wheels off just last year !!

As a kid I would get a candybar and a soda at the store and ride home never touching the handlebars. That includes starting, turns, and stopping at home. Now I'm fatter and I can't keep my weight centered.
never could start with no hands but i think gna have to try that. A while back when i used to race mx we had a guy come to the track for a half time show, his name was mr.backwards and could ride and jump a dirt bike sitting backwards. he said he learned on a bmx bike, i went home and learned. i can ride all over sitting backwards...still could never ride a dirt bike backwards. The guy was featured on rippleys believe it or not, he would jump 5 or so cars sitting backwards. when he came to the track he was in his late 40's early 50's. cool old man, anyways back to no handle bars...

The other thing I used to do was because I liked Pee Wee Herman. After getting up to speed I would cover my eyes and peek through my fingers and then put my legs straight out in the air and scream. It freaked people out cuz they thought I was about to crash hard.

i have taken pics of me riding no hands but you really can't tell movement.
i pride myself on how far i can ride with no hands peddling!!
