Im leaning towards Murray F5 Eliminator over Screamer since it looks to have a 20" front wheel. Murray made the Screamer so basicly the same anyway.

See what cleans up. Shifter is worth that if it works and cleans up. The rest of the bike though needs alot of work.

It is some kind of Murray Eliminator frame Not a Screamer frame. The Screamer frame is a little higher. Although it could be a 68 Screamer they used this kind of frame for 1 year then changed in 69

. Here is a picture of a 69 screamer frame.
