Just about finished!!!
Got most everything hung and in its place! I only have a few minor adjustments and I still need to give it a bath.
I think this is where I have to finish. With vacation only a day away, I just don't have time to paint the frame like I intended.
At least all the parts are hung and it looks good for now. I'll have to paint if after the build off.

Insert is finished and hung!

Rear rack is finished and in place!

I RODE IT!!! Took it on it's maiden voyage! I got a lot of weird looks from all the neighborhood folks sitting on their front porch!

Awesome woodwork! Reminds me of some old skis we had when I was a kid. No surf in Kansas, so no surfboards. I'm diggin this build! Keep up the good work. 8) :mrgreen:

Thinking along the lines of the name "Beach Wood" or Drift Wood" Help me out.

The weather finally broke and the sun came out!...kinda. Not a great day for a photo shoot, but it will have to do! Check the final product out over in the "Finished" thread! I'm going to name it "Drift Wood"
