Is this a camelback Raleigh LTD-3 ?

just got this old one, would this be considered a camelback frame? and what year did they make them like this?
the rear hub is a s/a 3 speed hum and the only number I could find on it is a 6, would there be a number on the frame?

Does it have those crazy self-adjusters on the brake levers? I have that exact bike in a tall frame (23"?), it's even the same color.
But the top bar is straight. It almost looks bent post production, is there any evidence of braze-ons for the rear brakes?

The 6 on the hub is probably the build month, keep cleaning, the year is on there somewhere. Mine's a '74.
