Are you sure you have that rim laced correctly ?Looking at your picture, the left side looks like 4 spokes all overlap at one spot and the right side it looks like 4 spokes are running parallel to each other?

Enjoying this build, the 52T plate sprocket has a real visual impact. The wheels: high flange, the mix of old and new, then 12g spokes - outstanding.

Echoing @GuitarlCarl on the fork choice. The low lean stance looks chopped without having to cut anything.
