Just joined from South Florida

Hi,
I was googling around for info on building a nexus 8 speed suicide type shifter and all roads seemed to lead back to Ratrodbikes. I found some useful info on that and loads of other stuff, so thought I should join up.
I have an Electra Ghostrider that I've gradually modified and converted to an ebike over the 5 or 6 years I've had it, but the shifter project is for a '66 Schwinn Tiger that I'm playing around with converting into a 26" Stingray cruiser type thing.
I see there's a regular ride in S. FL, thru the forum here, so I'll try and get involved in that too. Would be good to meet up with other folks who tinker with bikes locally.
