Yuma, Arizona, 3 feet from heck during this time of year.

Tires are 16 in. I'm 6 foot so its hard for me to ride but its sure does get some looks.

Could Be a Phreak Bike? Looks like it made be a homemade bike also. Whatever it is, it looks really cool. Can you find a serial number on it anywhere?
