Flat bars and long stem, cork grips, spurcycle bell, Brooks saddle, nexus 3.

Slightly bent Humber Duplex Fork, I wouldn't say they are rare but they definitely are hard to find, the sexy swooping curve it has definitely changes the geromerty.

Jocky shift.

Faux skip tooth.

Took a grinder 1/2 link BMX chain and combined it with a regular 1/2 link to get that subtle chain effect.

Cards in the spokes? No more clothes pins. A bracket to hold your cards hanging off the rear chain guard bracket.

There's some cool details here brother. I've never seen a fork like that, not that I'm a connoisseur, Humber Duplex. That there's one of those things that make ya go, Hmm... I wonder if I could fab one similar since I've never even seen a Humber before.

Carl.

From Nottingham, Whitworth threads, loose ball bearings, somewhere between 60-100 best I can tell.
Found a repop Humber Duplex made in India I bought from a shop in Germany. Quality is not really good on the repop, it's really long, might do a 29er with it.

These are 29 inch rims with the repop. Was able to get sealed bearings in this headset. This project is for later, I knew the fork/headset was going to be problematic so I wanted to knock that part out. Look how far down I threaded that steer tube to make it work. I'll cut it off later, have other bike projects I need to do first. Yeah those Humber Duplex forks are kinda neat.

And what frame are you using? Looks industrial!
Yes it is! Worksman INB of course! Originally I was going to put that fork on a Schwinn double straight bar that I have. I thought the frame twin bars and the fork twin bars would look awesome. Nope, just didn't look right. Got the frame from Chuck off this forum. All I did was light steel wool and 1 coat of boiled linseed oil, that's all, I wanted it crusty, it looks better in the pics then it really is.

Interesting fork - would like one of those myself for some 28” builds.

Yeah, have really no idea what that repop went on but on 29er fits fine (have to watch the width of course). 28 no prob, I bet it was made for a 28. Tried to look up the place I got it from, could not find it. It was a German shop had a lot of Dutch bike stuff. And the repop was from India. You can find a complete Humber bike with a Duplex fork easier then just finding a single Duplex fork, those bikes were tough from what I understand. Fun stuff. Very different and subtle at the same.
