This is my 1948 Hawthorne, nice and experienced looking. The serial # is D95878 and has the large C with the small W inside it.

Here is another rusty Hawthorne. It's around a 1940-42ish I found a rusty dropstand for it and the clip that it was missing. It has a '44 Ithaca NY license plate around the head tube.

here is Black Wicked. it is now torn down and i will rebuild it for my wife to ride on the rails and trails . i'll put on 24" rims ans offroad tires. maybe put on some gears in the back for her.

it is a 1955 24". i just put on the 26's with skip tooth and dog leg cranks.
here it is now as I am redoing it. my wife is too short for it. new name is STREET DIGGER, you can follow the build in the build forum.
