Here's a Hawthorne I just picked up. A little rough but great potential.

I'm trying to work out a deal on a pre-war Hawthorne. I'll let you know..

Nice looking bike, this looks like about 1951, your truss bars are flipped around and you should have a Delta sealed beam headlight, I have a '52 but with black fenders.

Here is my 1920's Hawthorne deluxe flyer most likely built by schwinn. Relaced ND model A and model M hubs to velocity blunts and running new Kendas on her. Paint job not mine, but atleast it's representable.

in 1935 the ad says "Wards Hawthorne double bar motobike" The Handle Bars are not original, everything else is.
Stainless fenders, Snowflake sprocket, Chainguard etc...
