I was concerned about the strength of the front dropouts, so I cut out a pair and burned them in. Getting close........

Dressed up and painted the dropout welds: wheel installed. The reinforcement is on the inside so it doesn't show as much.....
Keep SAWING away at this build! Good to see the forks becoming a reality!
I'm thinking about renaming this Build "tetanus". It has drawn blood more than once 
(forgot pics). And changing a tire/wheel.......makes you think that walking may not be too bad.....

It could be worse. At least you didn't make a banana seat out of saw blades.
Sorry I missed the deadline folks but her is a few pics of the bike when the "bell rang" so I didn't leave myself enough cushion to build the Finished Thread. Few more things I thought of to do: but the big front tire back on, rear bobbed fender, install my old front light,......
