That thing looks familiar :D I hope ya get some more time for bikes and beer man!
Hahaha, Thanks.

I almost went with the blue Hawthorne frame, but figured I might do a mini clunk with it.

Bummer, defiantly my favorite... Hope you get a break and step back in when fun.
Enjoy your posts and threads... Look forward to a return of Falstaff
Yea, I'll get it finished when time allows. I'm just taking a break from bicycles for a few months.
I do have a project lined up for the winter build off.... not a bicycle, but per the rules it has pedals.

Choppers are definitely cool. Hope to see it again at some point.

Relax, have a homebrew...

Looking forward to your mystery project.

Empathize. Bikes make me crazy. Some good some bad. Hope the break is fruitful.

Thanks y'all.
Part of me really wants to paint it and forgo the wheel covers and wheelie bar for now, and call it done for now.

IMHO, it was cool without the wheel covers.....if that's the only thing holding you back....paint it, mural the chain guard (if still possible) and bring her on home!
Honestly, what's holding me back is me. The whole thing stressed me out a while back, but who knows there's a week left.

Turns out it's not just fellow RRB'ers that want to see this done. Its my neighbors too, and most importantly my wife.
She's all about scouring the thrift stores on her day off to find wheelie bar parts.

Fine, I say. Good luck.
Will she find anything? Only time will tell....

I have to admit.

Primer grey is still one of my favorite colors.
