Update time everybody Sorry today was the first decent bit of weather we have had over here in a while but I managed to get alot done.
First thing is I ditched the twin fork idea and started mocking up a frame I had siting around

Then It met my grinder

Yes the front is sitting a little low (milk crate was 100mm short)
Happy with the rough mock up I decided to mock up the hubs

Sorry for the quality my camera blows
Here's a front view with the spoke rings on

So a little bit of progress, Wheels should be back from powder in the next few days so hopefully more progress this week

Ok people I managed to do some small bits today,

I notched the original head tube to fit in a section of the frame and it sits there perfect

Ignore the seat I was toying around
Here's some close up pic's of what I did with the head tube,

Still needs some cleaning up (but that's the bit I love doing) but worked surprisingly well.
Also I was not happy with the standard bolts for the handlebar clamps so I upgraded to m8 stainless

Again sorry for my trashy camera.

We actually brainstormed a quad together months back and that plan turned into this, but I just realised, put Kels build and my build together and you have a quad!

Satin black frame with mint green pin striping is what I was thinking, But thats a little bit away yet still designing the seat.

Got a small update for everyone I did manage to get some more done then I went and tried to burn my arm off on a fresh weld here's what I managed to get done before I called it a day

Still got alot of clean up to do (i have only been welding afew weeks) but not far from mock up soon hopefully!
