Well call me mad or just plain crazy, but here goes nothing....

So far four bikes gave their life for this crazy creation....

is that main frame a 16'' spiderman bike ?

It is a 12=1/2" Spiderman bike... with 16" forks and a 26" rear frame section with a 20" wheel.

Welded the frame up...

Keep the Stays tie tube or get rid of it totally.

Get rid of it if you do need extra strength connect seat tube to bb

The frame seems to have a little flex in it that I would like to get rid of. This is what I am think I can do to stiffen the frame up. What do some of you think???

I'd design and weld in a double gusset that matches the shape of the frame opening there. It'll give the support a little more flair than the tube...

Running both stays practically horizontal... you're gonna have flex.
I'd look to some truss and/or girder bridge designs for inspiration.

Welded a tube from the BB to the seat post tube made the frame solid.

Because I pulled him away from his video game he's acting mad.

A close up of the tube I welded in and the kick stand I still have some to do to it before it is finished...
