My dad and I were talking about a huffy superstock 5 speed that is on my local cl, and he started reminiscing about his first *new* bike. He got it around 1972, and he thinks it was made by huffy and It had the same fading paint scheme as some of the rails and gremlins, only it faded between green and gold. Single speed, but here's the kicker. He swears it had a 21 inch front wheel and tire.

I am by no means a muscle bike guru but have played around with them a little. I have not run across that size wheel and tire yet. If you put a tape measure across a 24" wheel it would probably read close to 21" though, and Schwinn did have some odd ball 24" wheels and tires as well that would further complicate the issue.
