Nice work, you took an almost completely style-free bike and made it cool! I looked at the "before" pic and thought "horrible!"

The original seat looks like it was designed for maximum crotchal discomfort, ouch :shock:

Looks great. If I were to change anything it would be the pedals.

I've added a few things to my bike this summer, new pedals, a new ding dong bell and I sorta "stole/borrowed" the idea from the sneeki tiki bike (which is a very awesome bike) and added the white rope.
