My new Rat Project Bike "Groundhog 5.0"

I wanted something to both "play with" and actually be able to ride long distances. It HAD to be a cruiser and I needed multiple speeds and I needed cheap. I found this '81 Schwinn Cruiser 5 on Craig's List and scored it for $40.00! MY FIRST SCHWINN!!!

I cleaned it up and got the stupid foam off of the handlebars, added some real grips and it already looks better.

I can't wait to get different forks! What was Schwinn THINKING?!
Anyway...I'll post more pics as I go.
