Mystery girl's cruiser

Got this as a part of a deal I was making on another bike. Looks like a murray chainring but has ser# on bottom bracket with no "mo" characteristic of most murrays i've delt with. The forks, seat and handlebars are oddballs, but I am currious to see if this is a Murray.

Has a headbadge, but its too faded to read. Like "Comet" something or ?

Looks like a Ross frame with all different parts on it.

Good looking out! Would a ser# help any further figuring out when it was? Told my wife i'd let her repaint it and do whatever 9so it will be sitting behind my house forever :roll: )

There's no serial info on CBC/Ross bikes that I'm aware of. Compare to this Coast King Starliner, also an early-mid 60s CBC bike. -Adam

Thats looks like it. My stock forks are like the ones pictured (thanks Rustinkerer), just slightly bent out of alignment and not nearly as shiney. Thanks again for the i.d. help. I'm doing pretty good if I can learn at least one new thing here a day.
