I've been wanting a 24" frame for a long time and finally found one I can afford. $40   Found on CL from a fella who seemed to have the same problem we all have! Missing head badge so not sure on the make/year, any info would be terrific. He thought maybe a murray. Came with the 26" in front. Schwinn chainring? I cant wait to stuff some 24x3s in it!

Cool! Very neat pinstriping.

I couldn't tell you the year, but I don't think it's a Murray- I'd say it's an H.P. Snyder made bike- badged as a Hawthorne or Rollfast, I would guess.

Why were you wanting a 24"? Any special reasoning?
It makes a good transition bike for my kids when they're older, from 20'' to 26".
My wife is also shorter and 24" bikes are a good fit.
Mens frames have been very elusive in my price range(under $100).
Just a couple reasons. :p

Still lookin for any info on the bicycle!

by the rear dropouts, id have to agree with unchained and say hp snyder built rollfast or hawthorne, 50's, but schwinn keeps coming to mind, maybe its the similar looking forks. its not a murray, huffy, cwc or columbia.
