These were thrown in as an extra goody. I've no idea on what these are called. IConsidering an MBBO build with them.

Almost like a Ramhorn, but they top out like an ape.

I wonder if they had a cross bar where the holes are.
 
I've seen them before, but don't remember where or when. But they were on a muscle bike and didn't have a crossbar.

They look meant for a muscle to me too. Me and my dirty mind thinkin that first pic, showin those sexy curves.... Brazier bars???

Cool man post pics and if you find out the name of them let me know 🤙 i searched forever online could not find anything. Thought they were just buckhorn bars that were just bent outwards but idk lol. Also thought they could be motorcycle handlebars
 
I forget what they were called. I know they were made by Wald and were on some Western Auto muscle / MX bikes as well as others. From the 1970s
