Kinda looks like a Studebaker but I don't think it is. Tough to know unless it had the rest of the parts on it or if you owned one.

The giveaway are actually the bolt holes for the quarter panels. On the GM cars, they were welded and only the fenders were bolted. Oh, and the doorskin also looked familiar.
