Looks like an extremely modified VW bay window Microbus or a photoshop.

HINT: LAST year for the turn down style door handles, FIRST year for wing windows.
 
I love those Chevy trucks!!! Some day I´m gonna own one... hope that day is not far.
I would take the one in the pic, return the original set of wheels and ad a rusted bumper

IKA (Industrias Kaiser Argentina) Torino from the mid sixties, these were cars built in Argentina through a joint venture with the American Kaiser Motors and American Motors. The car is generally based on an AMC Ramber American.
 
You´re very close, it is a Torino, not a sixties model, IKA was one of the manufacturers which was the other? :wink:

IKA was purchased by Renault and the later Torinos were produced under their ownership.
