Need help to identify a bike

Found the bike in an old farm, the bike is Shelby flyer, but this is all I know. I want to know the model and year this bike was made

it looks modified but looks like it use to be a ladies shelby.

yes it was modified. Someone welded a pipe for the frame to look more "male" but I wanted to keep the original so I had to cut it.And now I am in a process of endless sandpapering to get all the rust off so I will repaint it.

Anyone knows the price value of this frame(or finished bike with all the parts on)

I imagine the bare frame would bring somewhere around ten to fifteen dollars. If I were going to build it up I'd swap all the parts over from a cheap 80's to present cruiser . That would give you a classic looking cruiser for only a few bucks.
