Looks like a Rollfast/Hawthorn bike Snyder built by the looks of the dropouts, that is a cool bike turned into a 3 speed Klunker with a Murray front sprocket.

Definatly a H.P. Snyder built Rollfast/Hawthorn bike with Murray chainring. Cool bike. 8) Guessing early to mid 60's.
