Need opinion on this AMF

I have some tins signs on CL for trade for bikes. A local has this pile. I like it. (only seen this pic though) Its definatley got patina! But realistically, whats the value on this. Looks like about $40 to me. I know I have signs worth more, but you can't rat rod a sign.

it really boils down to how much work are you willing to put into that bike. it might be more realistic to get you a frame you like and build what you want.dont settle just to have a bike . keep your signs and pick up some parts . just my 2 cents

its worth what you are willing to pay or trade as it would be..I kinda like my AMF Roadmaster its a solid good riding bike

Not a bad price for $40 especially with the tank. But bikes are somewhat replaceable and findable, your signs may not be.

that could be a nice bike once cleaned up. from the looks of the chainring (its the style right after the "star" chainring) looks to be a mid to later 60's. i love my 59' roadmaster, they are good bikes. for $40, id have allready bought it, but is it worth it to you? and you can't rat or ride a sign. street signs? ???
