I dont have a time to weigh the bike but I will do after it is finish
about head set bearings I show them in page 8
but I will put more picture when it is finish the head set

now i build extencion for the handle bars for a better position to ride and pedal :mrgreen:

I put the motor in the wheel and surprise :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: IT IS PERFECT
it s turn perfect with out annnnny wabally bubaly of the rim :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
it is a big big luck to fit the first time :wink: perfect with out problem :mrgreen:
:mrgreen: the rim is rotate PERFECT :mrgreen:

THIS WHEEL IT IS A MONSTER it is left place for batterys up to 100 amps :mrgreen:
and volts if I will change the motor up to 5 or 10 kv :idea: but now no money left

after 3 weeks I got the back disk brake :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
looks goooooooooood
in this this time I polish some parts and I put the pedal transmision
the front rotor will be the same but for 24 inch wheel
the lipo from hobbyking will come after one year I guess
i have now 2 mounts and still wayting someone have the same bad experience with the 8 amps lipo
now I will build the suport for the caliper
