Very unlikely. I think they were all Japanese, Norco didn't make a lot of bikes here, maybe a few really high end team models in the 90s

I have GOT to know more about that white-and-red quad-tube bike! That thing screams "POTENTIAL!" I could easily see it working as an art deco-inspired build like some of the early aluminum bikes of the 1930s!

Seatpost clamp is an issue. Can't find the one it came with, and this one isn't clamping. Anyhow, looks like a bike now. It's pretty tall, but I can stand over the top bar so it's good

I'm not that much into old sus forks but mostly because I'm not very good in servicing them....or repairing them...or finding parts...but if it works, why not?
I like the Manitou forks, they work fine and are light. What more could you want

It will definetely help, at least a bit. I guess geometry will also have a big impact.
I would recommend a higher stem and riser bars if you want to get some load off your shoulders.
