Picked this here 57 Higgins up last weekend, original owner still had it, got it new back in 1958, been all through it repacking and polishing everything as well as a little touch up on the paint, bike is in amazing condition, there's not even any rust on the spokes and they are still nice and tight, nor any rust on the original chain, I did a slight true on both of them, brass nipples spin nice and freely, wheelset is in as good of condition as most of my newer ones. New tires, tubes, seat and post as well as stem, nicest headbadge I've ever seen on a bike, it's mint. I ordered a new train style light for it that came in today, original holes lined up nicely and really like how it looks on there, really like this bike.
