Hey! That has the same crank-set as my Peerless. At least Peerless is my best guess so far.

The forks even look the same, too. The frame itself with the double bar setup as it is looks a bit like an Elgin that was at the Monson swap in the spring, but some of these bikes were very similar even form different names. Based on the fork and chainring similarity, maybe it's a peerless?
