Picked this up yesterday. All aluminum. Not sure if it is homemade or bought. Pedal tube is threaded. Wish it was a little longer for leg room. Should be able to fit a 8” wide 20” tall tire in the back (golf cart maybe?). It might weigh 5lbs total.
