Picked this up today, not sure what it is. i have never seen a sissy bar like that. serial number is on the bottom bracket is ACS6E05941 I got it for 15 bucks. anybody know what it is?

Seems like it might be a "Bratz" bike. I thought it looked like a "lovely lowrider" but the rear was different from the one's that I have and the bratz was the closest match. The sissy bar is a lowrider style that likes to bite at your ankles if you're not paying attention
