I picked up this "slightly crispy" OCC chopper from a neighbor that is moving away. From just a quick inventory, it looks like I need a rear wheel and tire, steering stem, bottom bracket, and handlebars. I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do with it yet. I might just part it out as is.

Oh I'm not, in my opinion, I think they are junk bikes to do something bizarre with. If I have fun for 1 day, it is cheaper than 5 laps at the gocart track.
 
I remember the first day i seen those, i bought one thinking Omg so awesome! lol yeah after a few rides it sat in my shed and got rusty and very dusty till i sold it for 40$ that was after being listed for two months lol, I do love the back wheels though, thems handy
 
I've never heard of anyone doing anything bizarre or cool with them.
