What's the best way to attach and keep the new headbadge on the frame, without drilling holes in it for screws? JB Weld?

I didn't think of that. Might actually have something like that laying around already.

Yep that's the stuff! When you place it just lightly apply it & make any adjustments necessary. Then when you have it where you want it apply pressure to make it really stick. Once you do that it is VERY hard to remove. Don't ask how I know that.

Kewl! I had to measure mine just to make sure. My concern is how the tires will look once inflated. I'm wanting a certain "look".

I used 57mm rims with bontrager 26x2.2 tires on my old hawthorne and they worked out fine. I probably wouldn't try to go any bigger than that though.
