I got hit with a heart attack. I've managed to make some changes and stay healthy. I'm still off tilt and trying to make sense of it. Life is different now in a weird kinda way. It's like I can't put my finger on it. The body is fine but the mind is out of sync. Thanks to biking and you guys it's a lot better than it could have been. So a big Thank You to Steve for this place and all of you for making it a lot more fun to be around.

Don't take anything for granted.

:)

Wow, I can't even imagine going through that. Good to hear you're doing alright.

Love the clown :D I got hit by a car as well last July while crossing the street on foot. Thanks to a Ninja move (that's from a cop friend not me) and dumb luck I came out of it with no broken bones. Lost a patch of skin on my head and was stiff for 3 months but I'm all good now.

After that people stayed away from me. They were afraid to catch a piece of the piano that was eventually going to land on my head! :)

I know exactly what you mean Gerry. After two years I still feel what you're describing. Sometimes I get so frustrated with what I now find difficult or that I can't always concentrate. If you ever wanna talk to someone I'm always there for ya. You guys gave me and Gigs alot of love when we needed it most.

gerry, you didnt know it, but you are the one who turned me onto this site. saw it on your site & after reading all your repair & maintenence stuff i came to check this out. so be proud, you created another rat! thank you!

Chainy, I heard that the medication can be a cause of that and I also think that the experience has an effect as well. I guess we find out one day at a time.

bighit, I hear ya Bro. I've had a few calls on the job as well, never figured it would happen to me while taking a leisurely stroll! Glad your OK and I hope they are taking care of you. My current build is keeping me busy and I'm not going towards the traditional resto route. Keep posted. BTW I linked your blog on mine, expect some more traffic.

X-Ray, you just made my week man! It's always a blast when I find out that I've influenced people on the right (bike) path. :D
