I was thinking of using one on my Heavy Duti frame as well. I am going to try and remove the BB cartridge from my donor mountain bike but sometimes they don't come apart so well.

You need to take this bike out muddin' and shoot a picture of it.
It looks fantastic clean though, maybe too purty to ride in the mud?
