what else is there besides bondo? bondo sets up too fast to do large areas. is ther something else to use to cover large areas? thanks

What do you mean by large areas? I've used jb weld before when i didnt have any filler.

hes right........cut back on your hardener.but there is body solder(lead),metal 2 metal(aluminum filler),and fiberglass

ive used glaze to skin quarter panels of cars before(60's cars so itll more than cover a 3'x3' area)...just keep it no more than 1/16" thick
for a 3x3 section id go a blob of mud about 6" and just draw a ribbon of hardener from end to end and itll give you about the right mix
