Hello all, i purchased huffy from pawn shop. I just added a few mods to is it and some paint and this is what i came up with. I am pretty new at the rat rod thing so i am not even sure if this quailfys. Let me know what you think, also i really would like to put disc brakes on the back, does anyone know how i would go about doing that, a mountable bracket perhaps? or do i need to have someone weld a bracket onto the frame. Thanks

i purchased a longer than needed springer fork tube so that it would rise about 2.5 inches above the neck, then after locking the bearings in i fitted a MTB stem to the front with the right angle to just fit under the spring, then put the spring holder and mount on to to seal it all down, a lot of trial and error but have ridden it tons and rids like a dream i like the idea of bars being mounted so low. i will post a pic in a day or two. thanks for the help with the disc brakes KC i think that bracket will work out great as soon as it is in stock. the lean back seat post sounds cool but it is already kind of a reach for the bars, i would however like to change the seat. i have seen some images of very low profile seat snugged to the frame that look really nice i just can't find any on the inter web. any suggestions? thnkas again

A few of the bar set up, i added the grenade which took a tremendous amount of time to drill through the top bit so i could conceal the head set bolt. Pretty cool looking though.
