Slow start, busy with work and sourcing parts, BUT - thinking of OG a bit and some early Cook Bikes had these bread loaf seats and I'm thinking it might be a cool twist...

Pretty sure I and others here could make these without too much issue... The risers are easy to find on eBay for motorbikes, the rest is just cutting and welding... Plating costs a fortune, but paint it black and call it good!

The Evil Ed stem is available through Atomic Cycles...pretty much a slantline clone for $225. There are plenty of vintage, but not Cook Bros, slanted stems that pop up for decent prices on the ebay.

But...as you say, if you have the equipment, DIY is the real bargain
