I had some patching cement remaining after I fixed my porch so I placed plastic wrap inside the fender and then added the cement. After it hardened for a few days I gently pounded out the dents in my peaked fenders. I kept the cement dolly inside and moved it around while gently taping out the dents. Now you can't feel the dents and crimps. They will still need a little filler but they were so bad when I started that I doubted that I could save them. If I thought of this others have too but perhaps you have not tried it.
