At Goodwill. Front badge (sticker) says Penney. Any comments? Did JC Penney sell bikes? Needs a lot of work but might be a fun basis for a build someday.

Honestly, we only went to Penney's when we were getting Sunday clothes and there weren't any hand-me downs available. Our bikes came from Western Auto.
