Yes, this is a homemade jig. Designed and built by my friend Ivan.

I worked for a bike company that had individual jigs for each model. When I cut tubes for a extra large frame I'd use the Henry J. Tha homemade jigs were easier to use. Ivan did a good job, that's a nice one.
