that first slingshot dragster it looks like it has a 4 cyl made out of half a small block. any close ups of the engine?

Sorry Karfer, no close-ups. I can tell you that it is a Pontiac 4cyl. that runs in the F/Econo class. My dad's friend ran a AMC 4cyl in a Spitzer chassis in this class back in the late 80s early 90s. I'm not to sure of the rules, but I know it was normally aspirated 4cyls with automatic transmissions. He was running in the 9s back then.
