Someone in town is selling stingray xl chopper forks,f-fender and front rim/tire...Q., Is the lower clamp adjustable? I mean,can I slide it up and make it fit the shorter head tube of my cruiser?...here is a plan done on paint for the Onex 29er...I want to mod the other one I bought.

Pretty sure the lower clamp is welded on those Stingray triple tree forks.
Someone here will know for sure though!

Shorter from the top would be easy, if have length u want still below.
