Oh yeah, I'm only 5' 10" (since "wingspan" is directly related to height) and my arms are slightly bent while riding, my friend at 5' 8" rode it easily as well, all sitting down on a slammed for cruising seat. Here's a crappy video of me riding it:

i used to ride this trail, as a kid, back when it was as wide as a road..
first time I had been down it in over twenty years..

seems to have shrank lol
