Its a braced type of fork on the red one and yellow there is a nut at the top you can tighten for fork tension. The orange bikes forks are made to replicate a race fork that would of had some travel mine are solid. The steer tube and lower blades are from schwinn springer the rest is machined and brazed custom.
Here's my Porucho electric. Forge Custom Cycles created this for me. The tank holds the battery, the switches, power sockets etc are all built into the tank undermeath. The bike components are mainly Ruff Bike including the forks. It has 24" wheels and bermmaster tyres. There's a picture of it at a show (the first day I saw it in the flesh).
Been a long time since I posted anything... but this is what's bringing me back. Sorry the pics are upside down. She is still in her middle stages, getting close to being done though.
There are som very nice bikes in this thread
Here are some pic's of mine. Its a Electra Rockabilly Boogie with a hotrod drag bar and ODI grips.
Next project are cream tires and red rims
So here's one I started 4 years ago ! Was a 1984 Schwinn converted to a straight bar ( used the down tubes off of a breeze ) made a tank from some scraps ! Plan on using a monarch fork on it
