Puch is an Austrian company and made some nice bikes, including the legendary Vent Noir. The name is usally associated with Styer or Austro-Daimler. Steyr-Daimler-Puch also made the amazing Pinzgauer 4x4 military vehicles.

They also made loads of mediocre bike-boom-era 10-speeds. I'm not familiar with their three speeds, but it's more interesting than the dime-a-dozen Raleigh threes.
