Question about choice of base...

Hi guys
I've two "possible" bikes planned for this summer, and think it would be a great opportunity to participate in my first Buid Off !
But I have a doubt about the choice of base...
Is it possible to reuse an old unfinished frame? 'Cause few years ago, I started a bike, but never finished the project (not satisfied of the result at the time ).

So can I use this frame to start a new project and participate?
Here is a pic of the frame as it's today (an assy of 3 differents bikes) :

I precise that the frame isn't finished and need some tweaks to be rideable !

Wouldnt bother me at all, if you start with that frame there still a lot of work to get it going. Thats going to be a great build, whether its now or later, I want to see it.
