Thanks, it's pretty simple. Like ravioli, it's layered. I originally had it 5 layers, but 3 works better.

I cook lean beef with garlic and other seasonings, then add taco seasoning as if I were making tacos. For adults, cook chopped jalapenos with the meat.
I use soft tortillas, brush them with olive oil and toast them in the toaster oven before use.
Then it gets stacked, tortilla at the bottom, meat, salsa and taco sauce with mexican shredded cheese. The top just gets salsa and cheese. Then brush the sides with more olive oil and bake it til the cheese melts and browns.
Cool for a few minutes and cut it like a pizza.

I saw something at the grocery store, the el paso brand, that looks like this.
