The glass was salvaged from a patio table that I found on the curb and the bomb tail fin was bought at an estate sale then painted. I still don’t know what it’s origins are. I’m actually in this thing for only $8 or so haha.

First in with “Dude, that table is the bomb!”

Years back I made these out of surplus shelving and some found aluminum. Assignment was a sculpture that produced light. They can project a whole room. My 3d design prof showed them in a showcase of student work at the Rhode Island School of Design. I didn’t know about him doing that it until a couple years later. Pyramid is black with silver inside held with aluminum angle stock and the paisley is gold w an aluminum spine.

This isn’t my light, but it has inspired me to make something like this for the garage.
