Notta model...but, 1:24 and I'm going to treat it like one!
...I have an Aoshima Mad Max Road Warrior model, I got it in the mid double digits a few years back and felt that I paid too much. They are now going for $150-$300. I've been trying to find one of the Cavalier (Aussie company) Road Warrior and Cobra XC models for several years...one of the Road Warrior ones recently showed up on eBay...and ended up selling too high for me. So, I snagged this diecast for $30 instead. Figured I could rework into something more detailed over time.

Sweet! Looks a lot like an old Jo-Han kit.

Looked it up...it's genuine AMT from the ECTO-1 kit with some new bits.
I I had always planned to get ECTO 1 & build an Elvis wagon.
Then out comes this version.

I was shocked at the price for a curbside kit. I think the Polar Lights ECTO is curbside as well.
Yep, exact same kit ; just different accessories. &
Prices are crazy on all model kits, these days.
